Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (May-August), processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping (€12.95)
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Tracking number provided
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
- Free Shipping (Orders over €50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Tracking number provided
- Great option for non-urgent orders
International Shipping
We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Please note:
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination
- Some countries may have additional restrictions – check with your local customs office
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your Beachlife purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear bottoms (bikinibroekjes)
- Items from our Outlet section (unless defective)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Used or washed items
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Provide details including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Wait for approval – we’ll email you return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your return securely with all original tags and packaging.
- Ship your return to: Beachlife Returns, 913 Waardeel, Annen, NL 9468EZ. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed
Note: It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our standard return process
- Place a new order for the item you want
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
